Iris lively Story

April 19, 1956

I still live in Spring Branch (well Spring Shadows)
I teach a free after school trumpet band of 40 after school at our local school, Terrace. This will be my 21st year.
My husband, Mike, is still writing music and still loving it.
I started Odyssey of the Mind in SBISD in 1995 and I am still coaching teams, doing workshops and coordinating for the district.
1925 Glosridge, where I grew up, is being dwarfed by homes going for $900,000!!!   Robin, my little sister, still lives there.
I teach summer camps called Creativity in Action and Camp Invention for SBISD

I have three great kids and three wonderful grandkids. Two of them live one mile away….I am so blessed!

The High school friend that I would lke to catch up with is Henry Castillo.

My favorite saying:  You get out of something – what you put in to it.

Best piece of advice I can give you:  Find a church that teaches bible doctrin (not a religion), learn, grow and have peace that no one could every understand.  As long as you’re alive God has a plan for your life.

I planned to attend the 50th reunion, absolutely nothing will stop me.
